Department of Defense: Army Security Cooperation Program (ASCP) Support, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), G3/5/7
We provide extended and quick turn-around analytic, administrative and technical services in support of all Army security cooperation programs including Administrative, Analytic, Budgeting, Planning and Programming Support.
We also support the ASCP’s Strategic Communications and Public Affairs, Policy Review and Analysis, Multinational Force Compatibility (MFC), Office of Record for International Standardization Agreements (ORISA), ABCANZ Program, Latin American Cooperation (LATAM COOP), and other ASCP Support tasks that fall within the staff oversight of the Army G-3/5/7. Our support also extends to activities involving cooperative and partnership relationships with other nations in relation to the Department of Defense, Headquarters of the Army, and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).


US. Department of Homeland Security/ICE/OCIO: Leadership and Professional Development Training
We provide customized instructor-led classroom and virtual trainings to support effective continued professional and personal development of the workforce. We design, develop, and deliver ongoing trainings throughout the year.


US. Department of State/Bureau for Global Health: Program Manager, PEPFAR-Supported Sites Assessment, Africa.
Intended to assist with evidence-based informed actions in overall PEPFAR programing in Africa, We serve as the program manager, undertakes and manages a comprehensive assessment of all PEPFAR-supported activities across African Countries.
We provide data analytics and training support to guide future program efforts in the region and beyond.


US. Department of Interior/National Park Service: The 21st Century Leadership and Supervision Program
We design, develop and deliver a 10-month dispersed cohort program which provides foundational leadership principles and introductory supervisory skills for NPS GS/WG-5/6/7/9 employees to enable them to perform effectively as work leaders and prepare them for supervision duties. The program also introduces leadership and supervision philosophy, principles, and practices for NPSGS/WG-5/6/7 employees to develop them for future positions with leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
Using a blended format of multiple virtual facilitation sessions, small group self-directed meetings, and asynchronous learning. Participants complete pre-work, participate in small group discussions, develop and strengthen peer relationships, develop mentor relationships, and complete foundational supervisory training.


US. Department of State/Near Eastern Affairs (MEPI);
Building on Training Methodology Agency (TMA)’s work for self-sustainability and security for the vulnerable populations of the Egyptian community, the United State Department of State’ Middle East Partnership Initiative is supporting TMA through a one-year matched project grant to establish its Youth Employability Support Centers (YES Centers). The YES Centers Project build on TMA’s work aimed at increasing the employability of underprivileged university students and recent graduates with targeted training, coaching and mentoring to effectively place them in gainful employment.
Under this project, TMA will expand its reach to almost 500 students, working in partnership with institutions, private and public organization stakeholders “to better match students’ skills to the demands of the current domestic and global work force” said May Elbatran, Ph.D., TMA Managing Partner. Under this grant, TMA’s US based partner, we will “provide sustainable support that will bring innovative solutions to create the foundation for long-term competitiveness and economic sufficiency for youth participants, domestically and globally” said Dr. Doris Danchi Teye, CEO of TADE Group.


Government of the District of Columbia – Department of Aging and Community Living.
Adult Protective Services (APS) Mandated Reporter Training & EPD Medicaid Waiver. We support DACL with the design and development of interactive training webinars to support the District’s mandated reporter guidelines and procedures as well as the EPD Medicaid Waiver program.
DACL Ambassador Program, we support the production of five trainings in English, Amharic, French, Mandarin, and Spanish for District residents who express interest in connecting with and serving older residents and adults with disabilities in their communities. The trainings conducted in five of the most spoken languages in the District helps DACL in its outreach to the limited-English and non-English proficient residents of the District.


CISCO Africa.
Shaping the next generation of African women’s leadership a Cisco partnership with TADE Group.
TADE Group’s CEO, Dr. Doris Danchi Teye, co-leads a CISCO Africa initiative empowering young African women by connecting them with role models and innovative technologies. The program helps students from top African universities overcome barriers, expand their horizons, and unlock their potential.
Dr. Teye launched the African Women Leadership Initiative with Botswana’s Ambassador to the US, Her Excellency Ambassador Seretse, as the keynote speaker. Quarterly sessions, broadcast via Cisco’s Telepresence Technology, continue to inspire over 110 participants each year from approximately 13 African countries, mentoring the next generation of women leaders to break barriers and achieve success.

Eligible for 8(a) sole-source contracts up to $4.0 Million until May 2029
Commonly known as the “8(a) Program”, the Minority Small Business and Capital Ownership Development Program provides participating small businesses with training and technical assistance designed to enhance their ability to compete effectively in the private marketplace.
8(a) certification is a business development program is administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). 8(a) certification allows small business minority owners to compete for federally funded projects under the SBA Business Development Program. Typically, certification lasts for nine years.
