Do you have these qualifications and are a cleared individual? a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in a related field and have at least 5-10 years of relevant strategy and policy development experience on a headquarters-level staff (combatant command, component command, service headquarters, Joint Staff, etc.). Analyst will be expected to take a leading role in developing Army Security Cooperation strategy and policy recommendations across the full spectrum of SC tools and activities. Analyst should have experience in the development of Joint or Army doctrine, policy, and strategic guidance. Analyst will review and lead efforts to review, write, and comment upon existing and emerging policies, plans, regulations, and

directives impacting Army Security Cooperation efforts and prepare recommendations for Army leadership review and decision. Analyst will draft, review, provide recommended input for, and staff official memorandums, EXORDS, responses to requests for information, and other staff documents as required. Analyst will support the Government lead to develop Continuity of Operations Requirements to support SC efforts within the Directorate. Represent HQDA G-3/5/7 equities in and/or run meetings, OPTs, and/or working groups with other DoD, interagency, and partner nation entities, and provide written executive summaries from meetings. The analyst shall also be familiar with and demonstrate competency in developing and maintaining Microsoft Office products such as Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents. Travel as required to support operational requirements within the DAMO-SSR portfolio. CONUS and OCONUS travel as necessary. This position requires TS/SCI clearance.
