Do you have these qualifications and are a cleared individual? A Bachelor’s degree in management or related field, and 5 years of program management experience and contract oversight. The Program Manager must have sufficient knowledge and experience to discuss analytical issues at national level, and to function as a senior subject matter expert (SME) and technical advisor to senior government officials. The Project Lead or Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
