TADE Group is honored to partner with the U.S. Department of the Interior and the National Park Service (NPS) to deliver the 21st Century Leadership and Supervision Program. This cohort-based program equips NPS employees with foundational leadership principles and introductory supervisory skills, empowering them to excel as work leaders and prepare for supervisory roles.

The program introduces participants to leadership and supervision philosophy, principles, and practices while preparing them for future responsibilities in leadership and supervisory positions. Using a blended format of virtual facilitation sessions, small group self-directed meetings, and asynchronous learning, the program ensures a comprehensive learning experience.
